Professor, exceptional class, at the Aix-Marseille University since 2005, he teaches financial law and supervises student research on public finances and taxes. Eric Oliva is also the director of the Master of public finances and taxes law of the Aix-Marseille University, School of Law and political science. Member of the French Society for Public Finances.

Professor of public finance law and tax law he has been Dean of the Faculty of Law and Political Science, Aix-Marseille University. He is director of the master of personal and patrimonial taxes and director of the Centre of financial and fiscal law studies (Centre d’études financières et fiscales) at the same university. He supervises an important number of PhD thesis in public finance and tax, with a comparative aspect. Member of the French Society for Public Finances.

Major of the master in public law - fundamental rights at the Aix-Marseille University, Faculty of law and political science, since 2012 he is assistant in constitutional law and public finances. In 2012 he defended a PhD on “Les normes à constitutionnalité renforcée. Recherches sur la production du droit constitutionnel » (957 p.).

She has graduated the master of public finance and tax law of the Aix-Marseille University, Faculty of Law and Political Science (2011, Major). Currently teaches public finance and tax law and prepares PhD on tax and financing the social protection (taxability of social resources) having as supervisor Professor Eric Oliva.
